This competition is run by Wyndham City Council (‘Council’) in the state of Victoria, Australia only.
- By entering this competition, you agree to accept these terms and conditions of entry. If your entry does not comply with these terms and conditions, it will not be valid and will not be accepted.
- Entry is restricted to Wyndham residents aged 18 years and over. Council staff, Councillors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- To enter the competition, you must submit a properly completed entry form via Council’s website at www.visitwerribee.com/findtheelephants between 2:00pm on 8 April and 10:00am on 31 May 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- Entries must not contain any offensive, insulting or otherwise inappropriate responses.
- Competition winners will be drawn at 12.00pm on Monday 2 June 2025 by Council officers at Wyndham Civic Centre, 45 Princes Highway Werribee 3030.
- One winning entry drawn at random will be declared the competition winner and will receive the prize valued at $849 set out below. The total prize pool is valued at $849.

- Winners will be notified by telephone and email by 5:00pm on 2 June 2025. The winner’s name will be published on the competition landing page www.visitwerribee.com/findtheelephant for period of 2 weeks.
- If a winner cannot be contacted by 5:00pm on 20 June 2025, Council may opt to conduct a further draw to determine a new winner.
- If the prize has not been collected by 5:00pm on 27 June 2025, the winner will be deemed to have surrendered the prize and Council may opt to conduct a further draw to award the unclaimed prize.
- Council may require a winner to provide evidence of their identity when collecting their prize.
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- Council accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, invalid or corrupt entries.
- If for any reason this competition cannot be run as planned, Council reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
- Council reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice to you.
- Council’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
