Melbourne International Three Day Event
Every June, the country’s best horse riders converge at Werribee Park for Victoria’s premier eventing competition. The cross-country course winds its way through the grounds of Werribee Park Mansion, Victoria State Rose Garden and the National Equestrian Centre. Catch all of the excitement from 8 – 10 June. Tickets essential, with general admission from $12.50 - $110.
Note: Werribee Park Mansion and Grounds and the Victoria State Rose Garden will be closed to the general public on Sunday 9 June (open only to event spectators).

Spend a Day at the Footy
Soak up the relaxed atmosphere of a VFL match and cheer on Werribee Football Club as they take on Frankston at Chirnside Park in Werribee City Centre on Saturday 8 June. Stay on after the game, with loads of restaurants, casual dining, pubs and takeaways just a short stroll away.

Outdoor Adventures
Rug up and embrace the cooler days with a walk through Cheetham Wetlands or Werribee South Foreshore . Enjoy a long lunch and cellar door tasting at Shadowfax Winery (bookings essential) or enjoy a warming winter feast at 3030 Waterfront, Corked Wine Bar,  Mama Lor Restaurant & Bakery or Bridge Hotel Werribee. Got kids on board? Spend the morning at Wyndham Park followed by hot chocolates and a child-friendly brunch at Wolf on Watton or Black Seed Café or try the delicious sandwich shop, Tuckers.
