Werribee by Night

There’s no need to go home just yet…

From delicious food and riverside cocktails to live music and decadent dessert bars – here are our top tips on things to do in Werribee at night.

Settle in for Dinner

Head to Werribee’s own ‘Eat Street’, Watton Street, with beautiful restaurants and authentic multicultural cuisines.

Enjoy an Italian feast at Tocca, dinner with a view at Rosana Bistro & Bar or for something more casual, tuck into homestyle Filipino dishes at Mama Lor Restaurant & Bar or traditional biryanis at Pulao Place.

Catch up for Drinks

Take your pick from craft beer specialists, The Park Werribee and the buzzy, Bridge Hotel Werribee, pull up a stool at Old Habits CBW or settle in over a wine flight and tasting platter at secret wine bar Corked.

At late night Mexican joint Casa Cantina, you’ll find one of the biggest tequila and mezcal offerings in the West, along with excellent cocktails and of course, margaritas.

If cocktails are on the agenda, Teddy Pickers is also a must. This playful Italian restaurant and bar overlooks Werribee River, with a huge alfresco dining area.

Live Music, DJs and Comedy

At The Park Werribee and Bridge Hotel Werribee you’ll find a regular line up of live music and DJs including soul and funk, jazz, disco and house.

Keep an eye out for Teddy Picker’s popular comedy and drag bingo nights or for a great group or date night option, book a paint and sip class at Pinot & Picasso Werribee.

If you’re looking to keep the party going, Studio 185 (open Thursday to Saturday nights) is the place to go, with a rotating line up of cutting-edge house music, RnB dance parties and live bands.

Wyndham Cultural Centre is currently closed for renovation until 2025, but you can still experience great theatre just a short drive away, with the immersive production, What Was That! in Werribee Park Mansion.

Dessert and Coffee

There’s always room for dessert!

When you’re not ready to call it a night, Baby Js (open to 11pm Wednesday – Sunday) offers a fully loaded dessert menu including funnel cake and churros and is the perfect spot for a post-show coffee.

Nearby you’ll also find Koromi Lokma (open late Tuesday – Sunday), known for their delicious take on ‘Lokma’ (delicious syrup-doused doughnuts) along with Basque cheesecake, baklava, coffee and Turkish Salep.

Find happiness in a cone (or cup) at Augustus Gelatery (open nightly) with small batch gelato and sorbet flavours including dairy-free options.
