Werribee Open Range Zoo is open every day of the year, 9am – 5pm (last entry 3:30pm). Yes, even on Christmas Day you can go on safari and spot rhinos, giraffes and zebras. Kids under 16 are free during the school holidays and pre-booked tickets are essential.

Werribee Park Mansion
Relax with a picnic on the rolling park lawns and explore the stunning gardens. No bookings required.
Park Entry: Open daily, excluding 1 January. Car Park gates close at 5:30pm on weekdays and 6:30pm on weekends and public holidays.
Mansion Entry: Open daily, 10:00am – 5:00pm (last entry 4:30pm).Closed Christmas Day on 25 December and New Year’s Day on 1 January.
Victoria State Rose Garden
Enjoy this internationally acclaimed garden in full bloom. Open daily (Car Park closes at 5:30pm on weekdays and 6:30pm on weekends and public holidays), with gold coin donation welcome. Note that major event, Let Them Eat Cake, will be held nearby in Werribee Park on New Year’s Day, with large crowds expected.

This summer from 28 December – 27 January you’ll find a pop-up Visitor Information Centre in Pacific Werribee.
Opening Hours: Open Thursday – Saturdays, 10am – 3pm.
