See the Dinosaurs at Werribee Open Range Zoo
A visit to Werribee Open Range Zoo is a must for families, with kids under 16 free during weekends, the Victorian School Holidays and public holidays. Let your imagination run wild at Dinos at the Zoo and check out the zoo weather guide for top tips for a rainy day.

Explore the free RAAF Museum
Marvel at the RAAF Museum’s huge collection of jets, helicopters, propellor planes and interactive displays. The free museum is open on Thursdays and Sundays with online bookings essential.

Laugh until your sides hurt with The Listies
Family favourites, The Listies are back with their latest show Make Some Noise at Encore Events Centre in Hoppers Crossing on Monday 8 July. Bookings essential with all tickets just $12.

Stay up late at the Firefly Night Market
Enjoy roving entertainment, light installations and more than 70 market stalls at the award-winning Tarneit Firefly Night Market on Saturday 6 July, 3pm – 9pm.

Enjoy a walk with a view on the Werribee Public Art Walking Tour
Explore some of Werribee’s most iconic street art murals with Wyndham City’s self-guided trail and free audio tour. The one-kilometre walking tour through the city centre will take you approximately 60 minutes, one-way with time for a coffee or grazing pit stop.

Harbourside Hangs
Grab a coffee, relax out on the lawn and browse through the stalls at the winter Wyndham Harbour Craft Market on Sunday 30 June, 9am – 2pm.

Celebrate NAIDOC Week
Join local community celebrations including a Flag Raising, performances and morning tea in Werribee on Monday 8 July.

Go to the Footy
Cheer on VFL locals, Werribee Tigers at their home ground in Chirnside Park as they take on the Sandringham Zebras on Saturday 1 July. Tickets are just $5 - $10 and kids under 16 are free!

Book in for a school holiday United Football Camp with A-League stars Western United
These school holidays, Western United are partnering up community clubs to provide kids in the West with the opportunity to show off their football skills have some fun. Registrations are essential so get in quick!

Explore Werribee Park
Energy to burn? Enjoy the grassy expanse of Werribee Park and explore the interiors of Werribee Park Mansion. With its dress-ups and old-fashioned toys, the Mansion nursery is always a hit with kids.

Get Crafty
In Werribee City Centre Pinot and Picasso will be hosting a range of kids sessions during the school holidays with themes including unicorns, dragons and space! Sessions are designed for ages 5+ and a great opportunity to pick up some new painting skills.  Bookings essential.

Have you been to the Pirate Ship? What about the Dinosaur Playground or the aviation-inspired Ashcroft Playground?
