Australian Rules Football is a way of life in Melbourne and it’s hard to beat the experience of seeing a local team play at their home ground.
During the winter months you can cheer on local side, Werribee Tigers and enjoy all the action of a VFL match at Avalon Airport Oval in Werribee’s Chirnside Park.
Games are a great family affair (kids under 15 are free) and you’re perfectly placed to combine a match with a visit to Wyndham Park and lunch in Werribee City Centre.
The VFL season runs from April to August, with fixtures available from www.werribeefc.com.au.
